The building and apartment are old, not maintained and the noise inside is unbearable. we had to buy earmuffs and sleep with them, we left the property ahead of schedule and paid for it.

The apartment is old, the kitchen and bathroom are disgusting, full of mold and dirt, the ceiling is full of seepage. The stove is leaking gas and we talked to the owner and he said it was normal. We left the property ahead of schedule. I do not indicate the location, there are several hotels in the same neighborhood for the same price or even cheaper. The apartment is the first on the edge, right in front of the street, so the noise is extreme and the apartment is also on the side of the elevator, everyone who goes up passes right next to your bed while you try to sleep. They should be banned from Booking for renting something so terrible.

  : Great location 100 yards from boardwalk and beach, just grab towels and walk out. Private parking spot right by the front door, just drive the rental car a few blocks to the heart of South Beach or wherever - Florida Keys, Everglades, Coral Gables Lowe Museum, Miami Bayside mall or Hialeah Walmart ;-)Super silent ceiling fans if you don't like air conditioning noise at night, they were good enough for mild April nights. Apartment was loaded with nice touches such as adapters for European plugs, coffee and filters for the drip coffee-maker and other kitchen supplies, high quality bathroom shampoo and soap.
  : Had to call about the front door code, and to ask for a few more hand towels. Elevator not fixed yet, but two stories is not really a problem if you're not handicapped. Minor stuff.
