: Too many of the TV stations weren't working in my room (most especially for my desire no fox news channel.. also the computers in the lobby had no working printer -1 printer had no toner and d the other couldn't be accessed to print This w a s from Thursday till Sunday. I needed to email my boarding pass to the front desk to have it be printed.. It took several requests at the front desk until well into my second day there to finally have a manager give me little slip of paper with more complete and clear instructions for the wi-fi access and password. ( I think that should have been clearly done right at my check-in, or maybe have that info available somehow clearly in the room to be more easily found)

: There is nooo parking there, ya have to park on the street & pay to park, if there is no spots open ya have to use a parking garage down the street & pay to park there.

: I loved the room. The view was exactly the one shown in the pics. The room was comfortable. Very close to the beach. Location of the hotel was good, a bit away (walking distance) from the more lively area of Miami Beach.
: Only one elevator was working throughout my stay and the hotel was full. I was in the last floor so coming up and down was a bit of a challenge since you may needed to wait.

: Closeness to the beach.
: Hotel staff were undertrained and were not customer friendly. Hotel were in the processing of changing locks and did not inform guests or provide key so guest can enter back into hotel from pool or beach. Housekeeping would not replace used supplies.
