  : Breakfast - a bit disappointment - I think due to covid 19 restrictions only choice of breakfast boxes was available
  : This was our 3rd time - we like staying in Hyatt Place LIC because of its location and facilities but this time it was extremly noisy due to construction side next to the hotel

  : The location is perfect, close to 2 metro stations. Close to large choice of restaurants. Parking places nearby. Room is quite big for a family of 5Beds are very comfortable and staff nice and friendly. We will come back for our next NYC trip
  : The sofa-bed is not confortable for adult but convenient for kids.Breakfast already packed have only cold food

  : Included breakfast was very good, a NY bagel with cream cheese, butter, Nutella choices. Coffee decent all prepackaged. Parking was reasonable which is a miracle in NY. Limited and on a first come, first serve basis.
  : Shower pressure in our room on top floor was non existent.

  : Nothing much. The facility is clean and no displeasing odor/smell in the entire facility but the room did smell musty!
  : Staff was unfriendly/unwelcoming and made me feel that I was intruding in their non-busy night. The photos online is very deceiving. Photos gave the appearance of a large lobby and dining area. In reality the lobby, bar, and dining area all run together. In fact, the bar area is connected to the receptionist desk and the dining area is just 2 steps from bar/receptionist area. The Hotel is surrounded by High Rise buildings so you do not have any view from the high floors. Our "high" floor view was a pawn shop and hotel/apartment buildings through a small window. The design of this "suite" was very odd. One of the queen bed was facing a solid wall while the other was facing a small window. I don't know why the window did not extend the entire wall?? The bathroom is directly on the other side of the wall where the beds are located and a sofa bed immediately to the right of one of the beds. There are no separation between the couch and beds. The design of this room is horribly dreadful. It not only made the room so tight/crammed and the very low ceiling and the dim lights only made it more unbearable to sleep or stay comfortably. I couldn't wait for the night to be over. Last but not least, they ran out of breakfast at 8:15 (6:30 to 9 am) and only had juice and a fruit in a pre-packed container. Yuck!!! I almost forgot, we had to park about 3-5 blocks away and there were no cafes, fast food, or restaurants anywhere. The hotel parking had only about 6 spaces and the car park across the street was full and all the street parking was completely full and packed. The immediate area is not so bad but the commute to the hotel (from freeway exit) was very sketchy and walls and walls of graffiti. We felt very unsafe!

  : staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were very clean
  : not a criticism but with a big focus is on the environment , no need to change bedding or towels daily.I also felt the breakfast was not the best. no option other than bagel for toasting , some bread would have been nice. cereal wise cinnamon is very polarised and not something UK customers are fond of. Cheerios were bland and fruit loops is sugary and not something UK customers would have either.
