  : There was nothing to like.
  : Trash wasn't emptied everyday.Rooms weren't cleaned and sanitized everyday.Sheets, pillows and blankets had stains on them. Curtains were filthy. The room had a big hole in the ceiling that they covered with plastic.The wall paper was peeling off the walls.Some walls were badly stained to the point where I couldn't tell if it was blood or fecal matter.I was very disappointed with my stay here at this establishment.

  : When I arrived to check in, I was told I must lay in cash because they were not accepting credit or debit cards even though I had a credit card on file at booking.com. I was told there was a bank 2 blocks away where I could go get cash. I did that but it wasn’t my bank so I had to pay fees to get the cash. I felt that was ridiculous in this day and time. What if I had no cash available at the bank? I guess I would have been without a room.

  : The staff didn't have a room readyThe lobby and first floor smell like smoke and mildewMy room had stains and melted objects and the hair dryer didn't work nor did the TV remote. The bathroom light turned on randomly

  : Room size was good and spaceous, was exactly like expected, location was amazing and close to 2 different subway stations, staff was polite and ready to assist with directions and whatever we needed.
  : Seemed clean but done very hasty, we even found some old condoms under the bed (thankfully not used ones!!). Overall if you wont look very closely and in much detail, would consider it clean. We stayed at the 1st floor and relatively close to the reception, and both nights we stayed there were noises, one of them we even had to get up from bed aroind 1:00 and ask them to be quiet, to our surprise in both occasions part of the noise was from the staff, speaking loudly and obviously not realizing they are being heard as there is diatance between the door and walls. Would definately not recommend 1st floor.

  : I stayed two nights before going to Canada on a tour. We had a fair to good time. There was already another reservation made for the return from Canada. That was bad. The air conditioning was damaged and smelled of burning. They left a window a little open to cool the room. I slept hot. The toilet was dirty and the broken tile was a danger to the guest. Room phone, desk chair damaged or in disrepair. They never cleaned or changed towels.

  : the bed was comfortable. close to the subway.
  : the room, bathroom, bathtub were filthy. no hot water boiler to make a cup of tea/coffee. the heating was broken and we were cold at night.

  : The cockroaches n the room and the dirtiness of the floor.I found hair/s on the floor and bath tub.I had to change room because the 1st one had a nest of cockroaches.Don't look behind the microwaves, fridges or between the bed and side table you'll be disgusted.
