  : Property is under renovations. Room was so so. I hope once the renovations are done this hotel will be nicer. They seemed to be short staffed at the desk but only two floors are open. I don’t think very many people are staying here. The desk person that waited on us was very pleasant. I doubt I’ll stay here again.
  : No remote for the television. The room smelled musty.

  : Staff was responsive to our request for items not located in our room
  : We were unaware of construction on the upper two floors. Booked this room because advertised with free breakfast. There wasn’t any coffee other than the tiny one-cup machine in the room and we had to ask for additional packets daily. We had to ask for fresh towels, toilet paper, etc.The staff was very accommodating however. Location turned out to be good for the areas we were visiting. But probably would not recommend this property to anyone.

  : I did like that it was clean, the girl at the front desk was very nice. The fridge, coffee maker and microwave all worked.
  : Our room wasn't ready when we arrived...the hotel seems to be going under some renovations...the room we were put in had no remote for the tv...which had very limited channels, and we asked at the front desk for more tp and never received any. No hair dryer, 1 set of towels...it wasn't all that great...but it could have been worse too.

  : Bathroom sink was broke for 4 days & nights. Room keys would have to be switched multiple times every day. No it wasn't something we did. Was told thier keys aren't good. Very frustrating

  : What did we like? Not much outside of the fact that we were centrally located in Westport and had quick access to the bar and restaurant district. However, a man was shot and killed on Saturday night not even a half mile down the road from our hotel.
  : We arrived at 1:00 PM and were told that check-in wasn't until 4:00 PM. This is after I requested an early check-in time when making my reservations two months prior. There were no other guests at the hotel and I am pretty sure they had rooms available - I got the feeling the gentlemen working the front desk did not want to go the extra mile to meet our request of an early check-in. Upon returning at 4:00 PM, the room they eventually gave us had not been cleaned by housekeeping (sheets were on the floor, the toilet was not flushed and the trash cans were overflowing. Also of note, the floors were flooded with water. They wanted to move us next door but with the flooded hallways I requested another room. The last two days of our stay required assistance from the staff to open our door as the lock no longer worked and our key cards were ineffective - they told us this happens quite a bit but we still needed to wait each time we returned to the hotel for someone to come up and let us in.
