  : We booked our room 10 days in advance. We prepaid. We showed up to the hotel to be told they can not accommodate us. Another family was coming in as we were upset leaving. They got a room. They told us that they booked it an hour before. They paid twice what we paid. I think the hotel sold our room for more and left us room less in another state.

  : Location was across the highway from Worlds of Fun
  : Gave our prepaid room away. Split up our family into two rooms due to their mistake. There were cockroaches, mold, floor counters and appliances were dirty, one sink backed up and other dripped constantly, wires disconnected and all exposed from smoke detector. Non working air conditioner made a very loud banging noise. No screen on the window. One room had no trash can, no phone, no shower head so shower was not useable. No manager would speak with us and no refund policy
