  : The pool and hot tub and area appeared to be clean and taken care of.
  : Our room was dirty (several wads of dust under chairs, many long hairs left in the bathroom, a bag of candy left under a chair from a previous tenant, some of which I understand, and smelled like smoke) and we were charged because it smelled like smoke.

  : It was awful! The screen was broken in the window, so I could not open it. There was no mattress cover! The pillows were very small, one bed had two and one bed had three! Each bed should have had four pillows. The elevator was so old and noisy that my adult daughter refused to use it. The room felt so gross we checked for bed bugs before we slept in them. The carpet was sticky on our feet. The entire hotel needs a complete renovation. There were marks and hooks in the walls where pictures used to be. It was totally gross. We would have liked to have checked out immediately, but we couldn’t afford to lose the money. We debated just writing off the money and simply leaving. Anyway, we stayed the one night and made up a story to get out of the second nights reservation. Thank goodness they reimbursed us for the second night!The Quality Inn’s in Canada have always been pretty decent! This one in the States was so awful it completely took us by surprise.

  : I wasn’t far from my event
  : I wasn’t happy I had to put a $150 deposit and the room was messy and dirty and had broken things coffee pot/tissue box I had to make sure I took pictures so I got my deposit because I was afraid I wouldn’t get it back. I made sure to show a staff the first day I was there but I was more sad because there wa no customer service also staff wasn’t very friendly breakfast was lousy no food one of the mornings Just really disappointing

  : Arrived at the hotel at 2:20 pm. Nobody at the front desk, so I waited at my car . I went back to see if someone there then I talked to the girl at the front desk she informed me checking in is 3pm so I told her if we can check in as we drove 15 hours and we are tired from the travel. So we waited until 3 pm. to check in, then get to our room ... our comforter and bedsheets have stains. Water from the shower draining was not working well.The following day, we left. My husband said he got bedbugs bites.
