  : I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the Mountain View Inn. As others mentioned, the outer appearance is a bit off-putting. It looks beat up and old from the outside but the inside seems to have been renovated. It is a very simple, basic hotel but it really has everything one needs for a couple of nights. It seems to be family owned, not a big chain and everybody was very friendly and helpful. I am a picky person with a sensitive nose. My room was very clean, no dusty spots at all. It was a non-smoking room and smelled fine. Everything was in good condition and the room was big enough for an extra round table with two chairs, which I appreciated.
  : I can't complain about the hotel, but it is right next to a busy road with lots of motorcycles. So it can be a bit loud.

  : Location was perfect for getting to red rocks amphitheater! There are also several places to get good food close by. Room was comfortable and nicer than the pictures! Good customer service!
  : Nothing to report from me, however, the upstairs rooms do require steep stairs that may be a problem for some people. There are also ground floor rooms, so that is helpful if stairs are a problem.
