  : It is a very good value for New York City as a price wise, its also very close to the station. The neighborhood is not bad but still rough. But heres a very nice Persian restaurant, Eyval, two doors away. They serve very sophisticated food and tasty, it was crowded with young fashionable people. It looks like this area is getting trendy soon. Car parking is underground and its included in staying without an extra charge, and also its fairy big even though I was worried before actually I saw it.
  : The hotel is basically good, but theres no fridge or iron or microwave. Another thing I want to mention is there were people who were not guests (I dont know who they were) were hanging around a lot of time at a small hotel front area, ant it was kind of uncomfortable to me.
