  : The sheets, pillows, and comforter were all stained and nasty. The first room they put us in was just nasty. We opened the closet and there were sweatshirts hanging in the closet. It was September 9th which means it was hot and had been hot for months in Tallahasse, FL. How long have they been hanging there? Finding the sweatshirts made us do futher investigating and found a cup of liquid inside one of the nightstands. INSIDE the nightstand drawer! Gross, how long has that been in the drawer? I complained and they moved us to another room. The new room was only slightly better but again had some gross marks on the comforter. They changed the comforter out and it looked as though it was brand new freshley taken out of the wraper and not washed, however I will take that over the nastyness that was on the bed before. The new room also had a busted shower door with a hole in it. I think the only positive is, I didn't see any bugs, but after reading google reviews of the hotel, I think my room was the exception and not the norm.

  : It was not clean or well maintained. Comfortor had raised stains, other peoples clothes in the closet, cup filled with liquid in the night stand drawer. They moved us to a 2nd room which had a busted shower door and stained comfortor which was replaced.

  : The person at the counter wouldnt apply my points when I checked in. I also didnt like that they accused me of smoking in the room when I didnt.

  : Everything- the place smelled like cigarettes. The room was filthy and cigarette burn holes on the bedding and curtains. Carrot was stained in room and hallways. Stains on the walls that looked like vomit. Housekeeping did clean it upon request and was very friendly. The sheets, towels were full of stains. The sheets and mattress pad were stained and mattress old and uncomfortable. We had to go buy a complete bedding set, mattress pad, cleaning supplies, towels, and Fe breeze. We called both booking.com to attempt to get a refund or change properties, we even asked directly at the hotel and told there was no refunds. There were 2 ladies out front of the motel that were staying there long term with their belongings in grocery carts that were removed from the property by the police, they told us it was full of roaches and bed bugs. We had no choice to leave as it was a game weekend and all hotels were sold out.
