The Siesta Key Drum Circle is an inclusive event that welcomes anyone who wishes to participate or observe. People of all ages and backgrounds are welcome to join in and work together to create a polyrhythmic masterpiece. The sound of the drums created by the participants has been known to draw quite the crowd from far and wide. Each week at sunset, about 150 or more people will turn out for this event - some simply as spectators while others come ready with their drums and other percussion instruments.
