  : There is no local management company. Therefore, there is no one to address any problems. While the location and security are excellent and the apartment's renovations are nice, it lacked many amenities. Not only was there no artisan coffee, there was no coffee at all. There was no soap for showers, there were no dish towels, there were steak knives, but no kitchen knives (try peeling an apple with a steak knife!). The bathroom sink faucets are set so far back that you can't get your hands underneath them to wash them. One of the two bar stools was broken and when we notified them when we got home to assure them that we didn't break it, they told us they are aware of it, but obviously didn't care enough to repair it for the next guests. Communication was poor. We never received an email with instructions on how to enter the apartment. We called them while driving to St Louis, only to find the number did not work. After trying several times and a different number we finally talked to someone who gave us the codes. Beware. This is what happens when there is no local owner.

  : Relatively quiet for New Years Eve. Easy access, protected parking, coded entry. It was a small but more than adequate space. I like the fact that washer and dryer with detergent were provided in the unit. Very nice indeed.
