  : NOTHING!!! THE HOTEL WAS CLOSED AND NO ONE TOLD US. WE DIDN'T GET TO STAY HERE.
  : Do not book with this hotel! I reserved a room in September 2023 for a concert on May 3rd. When we arrived to check in, the hotel was closed for refurbishments with no communication from the property. This lack of communication required me to pay almost $100 more for a new place to stay in St. Louis that weekend. This weekend was exceptionally busy with two concerts and a home Cardinals series, so hotels were few and far between. Aside from paying way more than we wanted, we were also forced to stay further away, skip dinner plans to find a new property, and park my car one mile from our new hotel. This was an absolute joke. I would never consider staying at an OYO again and will advise others to do the same.

  : OYO hotel was not working. They are under construction, since 14.02.2024. I need to find another hotel in the City. They steal my money, forgot to tel me that they are not working, and at 7PM, when I came, after 400 miles trip with 2 years old baby I need to find another hotel. They are not answering my emails. Still holding my money. Thiefs and frauds.

  : Everything. Arrived at hotel to see a sign on door saying hotel was closed for renovation. Was never notified or anything. We were 5 hours from home with nowhere to stay.

  : I was not able to stay because the day before my stay I received an email saying my reservation was canceled!! My son also had a reservation, he called and confirmed his reservation the night before and they told him his was confirmed. We get to the hotel to check in and we are told the hotel has been closed since February!!!!!! We made our reservations 3 months prior, to go to a concert, had nowhere to stay. Worse customer service EVER!!!! I talked to at least 3 people and was never told the hotel was closed!!!!
