Great Wolf Cabin in Pigeon Forge!

  : The cabin was dirty inside and out they were broken tables old couch in the living room beds are uncomfortable the shower leaked all the way down to the kitchen from upstairs electric outlets didn’t work that’s one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in would not recommend this cabin for the owners

  : Location is fine.
  : We arrived at 6pm with a young family. Cleaners were there and we could not get in. We were told it would be ready around 2 hours later and advised to go out for dinner. We were told the manager would phone regarding a discount for the inconvenience. He/she failed to do so. This was extremely inconvenient with young children. When we finally got in the property was dirty and the rear balcony was disgusting with an uncleaned BBQ and dirty napkins on the floor. There were no complementary toiletries or any laundry detergent. Dishwasher was unemptied. Bedding was cheap poor quality.

  : The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was great really like the porch being enclosed for the hot tub had everything we needed close to town
  : The 200 dollar cleaning fee should just be in the price not extra so you know what your getting check in took about an hour did not get the emails but the lady was very helpful to get us in the room even checked back to make sure we had everything we needed
