: The water pressure was horrible the indoor pool was closed but for the most part it was good

: Nice Cabin, good size, downstairs was nice size
: We had a great time but there were a couple issues that i feel need to be said.the master shower did not work properly, I messaged and was told someone would be by to fix it but no one came. It was so hot it would burn you and if you tried to turn it down it barely trickled out.The downstairs TV did not work half the time and the downstairs fireplace did not work at all. Those are not deal breakers but they should be fixed. We were not a fan that it was a duplex and the trash you had to pile in your car and take to the main entrance to dispose of, that was very inconvenient for anyone that did not bring a truck on vacation. Again these are not horrible experiences but we probably would not stay in these properties again.

: it was so nasty. Urine on the toilets, floors, sinks nasty. Sheets not washed. When I informed staff of the nastiness I was accused of breaking a lamp which I documented as broken when I arrived so I wouldn’t have to pay for something I did not do. I have all encounters documented along with pictures taken on the date of my arrival. I even offered to clean the cabin myself if they would just drop off cleaning supplies. Not one time did I ask for a discount or a refund so there was no reason for the mistreatment of me and my family. Holly at Aunt Bugs was the most rude person I’ve dealt with in a long time. We are a military family. I wanted a nice relaxing place for me and my family to be together for the holiday. We left the cabin cleaner than when we found it. I had no other choice but to buy cleaning supplies so we could be more comfortable. I also washed all the bedding. To be fair housekeeping came by and wiped the urine off the toilet but that’s it. I have plenty of pictures of the nasty cabin if requested.
