  : I typically do not give reviews unless I am super satisfied or very disappointed. That being said, for all the hassle with digital driven links to then complete the next step for a one night stay, I felt it was super detailed but very misleading as well. I was told we would have Balcony access, come to find that both balcony doors are locked and not available for access. One call was made to the operation manager/ owner and when my concern was expressed she assured me she would contact the cleaning person/team to see if they maybe locked it on accident and if so, the return could be a possibility in order for me and my guest to have balcony access. After waiting one hour, I had not received a text or call as promised back. I called from a different number and ironically the call was taken care of only to hear that “the owner requested that the balcony doors be locked.” I have no clue why I spoke to two different people with two different answers but I felt like I was getting the run around. Moving on, I decided to let the issue go due to the fact that we checked in at 4:00pm and the issue was yet to be solved by 7:00pm. (Mind you, we checked out at 10:00am with no flexibility options even after emailing well before 12:00pm on the day of booking....) I figured the review will inform those who may be lead on as myself was on forthcoming stays. In the kitchen there was no paper towels and no napkins. The windows were streaked as if they used rubbing alcohol. There were no wash clothes or floor towels for the two showers that made a pool for one to step in when exiting their rinse off. I say that because only ONE shower had body wash. For a place that can potentially hold6 guests, I experienced a “2 guest stay”. I felt that the supplies and amenities that were marketed to us was poor and if a family of six stayed the night I feel the efforts would be evenly casted across the scale of acceptable xx accommodation.

  : NOTHING….this was HORRIBLE I have pictures of how DIRTY it was. the guy ALEX was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL I couldn’t even say more than 5 mins. I have pictures to show how unbelievably disgusting this place was.

  : There was nothing that I liked about this place.
  : I have stay in many privately owned rental and this one was by far the worst. When I arrived, I walked into the extremely dirty apartment. There were dirty sheets everywhere, plates of moldy food in the refrigerator, old pan of brownies in the oven, taco shells and taco sauce all over the counter, a dirty pan with old food in the sink, no remote for the TV. I had to personally wash and dry sheets so that I had something to sleep on. Also the back door does close and lock so I was worried about someone coming in in the middle of the night. I checked my credit card and not only was I charged the $130 cleaning fee but the owner also kept the $250 refundable deposit so I ended up paying $520 for a place I normally would not have stay in for free. I messaged the owner several times through booking.com and called but never got a response or call back. It should not be this easy to rip off traveling guests.

  : Great location, many steep steps to access unit. Used door code which code be modified which was a plus. Felt very safe walking around at night. Many good restaurants, nearby.
  : No curtains on window and people in the parking garage have a direct view into the loft bedroom and living room. There were minimal cleaning supplies, couch was unbelievable uncomfortable, no coat hangers in the only closet, minimal dishes and cookware, no ice marker or ice cube trays. Balcony overlooked parking garage and had very load restaurant vents. No dressers or other means to put away clothes. Overhead lights and only one table lamp, nowhere to read. Not a single comfortable place to sit in the entire unit. Just providing TP and cleaning supplies would have upped this rating.

  : The design and concept of the unit was lovely. It looked perfect in the pictures. The location was also good. Unfortunately it didn’t reflect the pics in person. Very dirty.
  : The place was filthy. No clean towels put out. A big messy pile of dirty linen in the laundry room. Wet laundry in the machine. Door to the deck didn’t lock. Scuff marks all over the walls and thick dust on the baseboards. Dirty microwave. Bed sheets were stained and old. Pillows were thin and uncomfortable. The unit was tired looking. No care had been given to making it clean and welcoming for visitors. Very disappointing. We were given a refund of one night, but after several calls and chasing up. Not worth the aggravation.
