  : It was convenient to get to Ball state University.
  : The toilet would rock when you sat down, the lobby smelled bad. The pool was “under construction” but when you looked in the window there was nothing being done to the pool. The housekeeper never came and gave us clean towels or tidy our room up during our stay.

  : Close to Ball State which is why we were in town. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. (I still sprayed disinfectant) Wifi was free. Free breakfast “air quotes” Cereal, Waffles, Lil Debbie’s
  : Too long of a list - you enter to a lobby with someone’s old reclining furniture. Welcomed to several management “rules” taped to the divider. (3.75 for credit card transactions in a HOTEL?) “We reserve the right to refuse service.” Just to start your stay off on the right note. Mildew smell in room (ran to buy Lysol) Pool closed for renovations. $20 if you wanna check in an hour early…Would have found another spot but all decent hotels were booked for Ball State Freshman Orientation.

  : Sheets had spots on them. There was no soap.

  : Location. Literally the only positive thing I can say about this facility.
  : You walk in and the floors are dirty. The carpets are stained and soiled. There is reclining furniture in the lobby and box fans and oscillating fans all around. Dead bugs in the corners. And all of that is even before you check in. We were given no information on WiFi connections, breakfast hours, check out time when we checked in. They just wanted their money. Once into our room everything looked right at first glance. Upon further inspection, we checked our beds for bugs (did not find any) but found crunchy stains on the sheets and cigarette burns on the duvet. The tub had standing water with a big glob of grey hair in the drain. Obviously our bathroom had not been cleaned. We had 2 towels, one wash cloth, and one floor mat for the 3 of us to use. There was a beer bottle cap next to our bed and no trash bags in any of the trash cans. Breakfast was minimal. Juice, waffles, toast, cereal, and Little Debbie snacks. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Seriously needs corporate or someone to step in.

  : Breakfast - no fruit, nothing hot unless you made a waffle.Toilet was dirty upon arrival.No maid service during my stay.Shower faucet broken along with tub spout needing replaced. All hooks in bathroom had been ripped off the walls & painted over. Toilet paper holder hanging off wall. A hole in bed sheet along with 1 stain.
