: The room wasn’t as clean as it should be. There was some black stain or something on a pillowcase. The carpet could have been cleaner. The breakfast was ok could of had more options

: Coke vending machine took $ 2.00 but delivered no drink. No sign on machine. Front desk said, "Not my problem, machine belongs to an outside vendor." Had to argue with front desk to get refund.

: Night staff was wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The beds were comfortable and we didn't see any bugs.
: Evening staff was very nice and friendly. The day manager was rude, housekeeping just walked in out room two different mornings without knocking after the room had been paid for. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and bathtub. The toilet didn't flush in our first room and staff refused to fix it. The price of the rooms fluctuate daily ranging from $88 one day to over $200 the next day. Management was very rude and hateful and tried charging my card twice after telling him several times we had already paid for another and showing him the receipt. Then threatened me if I locked my card he would call the police on us. None of what he was saying or doing made sense and he would not explain himself.
