  : The space was beautiful, with a beautiful view and comfy mattresses. The ping pong table was delightful and the tvs were really nice. It was about 10 minutes from downtown Moab and 20 from Arches. We also loved the hot tub.
  : We enjoyed our stay but was disappointed that the water pressure was really too low to do much of anything. For a group, that can be hard to have to wait to run the dishwasher, or shower, or wash clothes. We could only do one thing at a time and it wasn't even that good then. We were also super disappointed that a grill was advertised but it was broken and had been for a long time. We had brought a lot of meat and had to do it inside on the stove and it took a long time.

  : The house itself was very comfortable and easily fit our large group. The views were gorgeous. The beds were super comfy and the house had everything we needed.
  : The house is a little difficult to find since it is tucked behind another rental. Also the stove top is a little wonky as it has to be unplugged when not in use because it kept trying to light itself. The biggest disappointment was that the hot tub was not hot- it was one of the primary reasons why we rented this house and to get there to find out it wasn't working was a bummer.
