  : Even though I anticipated that I would arrive at dawn, they did not respond, when I arrived at the place someone else was sleeping in room 9 that they assigned me and for which I paid, finally there was an unoccupied room and I entered there without a key or authorization because no one answered the phone, Next day nobody took responsibility so I didn't get any explanation or refund, I don't recommend them at all

  : Location was ok not too bad.
  : There was no lobby to communicate with anyone, I sent a message via booking asking for the Internet Network and never received a response and they only leave half roll of toilet paper so I end up buying one. Horrible not recommend this place at all.

  : Right off the main street so it's easy to get to. It didn't get too loud on premise. At first, I was concerned I would be able to hear the family next door but it was pretty quiet.
  : I only stayed one night and even that was too long. This was the worst motel experiences I've ever had, which is a pretty low bar. Maintenance and cleanliness issues weren't just present, it was clearly ignored. To start, they didn't have any soap. Nothing in the bathroom to wash my hands or shower with. I emailed them and they did respond in a reasonable time. A woman delivered the (extremely thin) soap bars. It's understandable if they don't have conditioner or a hair cap, but it's freaking soap. One morning, sewage water started seeping from the shower drain. I was in the other room when I heard noise coming from the bathroom. You could smell it from the bedroom. The coffee maker wasn't cleaned out from the last people as there were leftover coffee grounds. I decided not to use coffee maker after this. The shower curtain had a hole on the side. The curtain is already flimsy as it is, and the hole just made the whole experience bad. The WiFi information provided was not correct and I had to troubleshoot on my own. As far as comfort, the bed and pillows were not good either. I know businesses prefer to go with cheaper options to save money but the quality of the sheets, mattress, and pillow were horrendous. Let's be real: this is a studio bedroom converted to a "motel." My standards were that and it still completely missed the mark.

  : The fridge was not working upon arrival; but we didn't notice. We bought a chicken and had to throw it away because it was room temperture the next day. The manager would not give a discount, and argued the fridge was working, but never came to check. EXTREMELY bad service. They would not even speak to me directly on the phone. It was very insulting.

  : I use a walker and had to navigate 4 steps to room.Room was small and bathroom door did not shut and trim around door to bath was extremely rusted.toilet was not bolted securely to floor and .I am a retired remodeling contractor from Minnesota and yo definitely need someone who knows how to fix things properly, you are getting ripped off by whomever is doing your upkeep
