However, I asked for a senior discount and was told 3 different times that they couldn’t modify my account because I had made my reservation with a third party, which was Booking.com. I wasn’t aware that this would happen if I wouldn’t make the reservation directly with the property

  : I stay in 100 plus hotel rooms per year. This was the dirtiest hotel ever. This hotel is less than a year old. The hall ways looked like nobody has vacuum in 7 days. Also the breakfast area was not clean from yesterdays breakfast. Every trash can was full to the top with trash pouring on to the floor. TERRIBLE !!! The general manager needs to be fired.

  : There was very little that I liked. The liquid hand soap in the bathrooms smelled great and the location was good for where I needed to be.
  : The fact that you had to call the front desk before 10 am to get housekeeping to clean your room was ridiculous! Even when I did on one morning, they said they were very busy and could make my room the last one of the day, they didn’t show up. I paid for 3 guests but had to pick up towels for the 3rd guest everyday. A sewer line backed up in the kitchen and the whole lobby smelled of fecal matter. When I called to complain they said the plumber was coming in the morning...wouldn’t that be an emergency call?
