  : The property was gorgeous and close to Disney.
  : We got there, bought groceries and took them to the room. Realized the condo felt warm but thought it just needed time to cool down. The next day we realized that the air wasn’t working at all as it was 78 in the condo. Finally got hold of someone. They said it would be another day or so before anyone could come check it. Meanwhile, the pool that we paid extra to heat isn’t working. We were told we’d be reimbursed for that and never was. The a/c man comes two days later and he’s not able to fix the a/c. So we have to pack everything back up including the groceries and go to another condo that’s not as nice or as convenient to Disney. I understand that all of these issues are out of their control but compensation should’ve happened at the very least. That’s 3 days we went without a pool as the water was freezing (that we paid extra to heat) and a lot of hassle and aggravation in moving to a condo further away than I paid to stay. No one has offered any money back to this day.
