  : At first impression it was wow.
  : To start with we couldn't get in our room the first night and had to stay in another hotel. This place had 4 TV's and none of them worked. I had to work on them for most of one day. They had it hooked up to use 2 remoted for each TV with no instructions. The ceiling in the master bedroom and showing had water damage with black mold and plaster missing. The left sink in the master bathroom had a clip missing under the sink so it was difficult to keep the sink plug in up position to let the water drain. The vertical drapes in the living room had several slats missing. It was so light with what curtains were there in the master bedroom that it was very difficult to sleep. The toilet paper roll holder in the master bathroom was coming out of the wall. The glass top stove hadn't been cleaned properly and looked nasty. We didn't use it so it so it didn't affect us. It had a nice deck but there wasn't any deck furniture to use. The day we were leaving I cut my foot on glass that was on the master bathroom floor and I can tell you it wasn't anything we broke. All and all I didn't feel we got what we paid for. I feel that we should be reimbursed for the first night and for all the inconveniences we had to put up with.

  : The space was great
  : The Bathroom had mold water leak and the main bedroom had water leaks. There was an old rug placed in the main bathroom and not enough toilet paper nor towels for my family of 6. There was pictures with chairs on the balcony and when we got there not was what describe and no outdoor patio chairs.

  : Location, quiet safe place.
  : Floor was sticky I had to mop twice. Hair was everywhere. Needed better vacuuming and dusting. Carpet not clean. Found food still stuck in dishes. No help around, if anything goes wrong you are screwed. Almost impossible to get someone to help.

  : Nothing even the security couldn’t help us
  : There were no Covid precautions taken in regards to our stay. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had and I couldn’t get help was locked out the first day and I still haven’t been contacted a person who was on the property at all..

  : Clubhouse had a nice pool area, lazy river and splash pad.Great for the family of all ages.
  : No t.p., no trash bags, dirty towels

  : Love love love it! Everything was as promised. Very clean comfortable and well put together. Note: they don’t give face rags due to covid but provide everything else. Also it’s a 500 refundable deposit. But stuff was perfect. Communicated the entire time. And very NICE!
