  : we paid extra for the pool heater and it never worked. A manager came to the townhouse at 2 pm and measure the temperature of the pool the following day, she said is fine because it was at 88. It was obvious to be at 88 because of the sun but at the night, the water was very cold and no staff came to measure the temperature. Also, the pool light was not working. I paid extra for the heater and because it didn’t work, I request a refund that was never processed. I am very disappointed with the staff because if a service is not provided properly, the customer should not be a charged for it. I will never rent again with the administrator Wonder Vacation Homes. By the way, my family and I loved this complex, this was our 3rd time in 3 month. I am renting again next week in the same area but with another administrator.

  : House is very clean and comfortable, peaceful despite of closeness other houses. Own pool was very useful, water temperature was ok for swimming in May (didn't rent the heater). Location is great for commuting around and short distance to Disney and other attractions. Walmart, Target and other shops near by.Door with key code was very handy. Any communication with company worked really nice and got replies quite quickly.Located in protected area inside the fence.
  : Anyone arriving holiday with flight, be prepared for some purchases anyway. There are like one each to start with (except coffee filters not at all) but doesn't help for too long and we had quite a bit of left overs after our holiday we couldn't pack to next flight. Toilet papers, kitchen paper, coffee filters, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, salt, pepper etc. Not that convenient when travelling from Europe, buy pack of 200 coffee filters you can't use back home due to different coffee machines, different trash cans etc.and neither we had room in luggage anyway.I had a feeling that beds were bit shorter than usual but was not able to actually measure them.Barbecue rental felt bit expensive so skipped that.Even though this was protected area, other gate (automatic) was not working at all during the whole time (9 nights) and was kept open. It was mentioned it's waiting for repair. Other gate is with guard.Not too many hangers available.
