  : The location's high point was the neighbor who was kind enough to provide a small flashlight when the electrical grid went out the evening we arrived, Mahalo Sam our mobile phones were on low and your aloha spirit was the highlight of our stay!
  : We only stayed 2 nights, and we were unable to benefit from electricity for the first night. Living without electricity can have it's charms and this was an unusual experience. However, I do not believe in paying full price for less than full amenities, especially something as basic as electricity which powers A/C, movies, TV, the ability to use the hair dryer after an evening shower, the frig for our food items etc. I was disappointed with the customer service and the cleaning fee is rather high for a studio. I understand this is about money for the management company and host, although lost future business is not the best money proposition. I did learn from the experience about the pros of staying at a larger hotel. Overall, I am grateful to have had a comfy bed and roof over my head in the land of Paradise and we made the best of this uncommon experience. Mahalo

  : The location was great! It was close to good breakfast spots and a quick walk from the beach and restaurants. Parking was also easy and safe.
  : It's attached to another apartment which I don't think was clear in the listing. It's essentially a bedroom/bathroom "studio" blocked off which made it very easy to hear noise coming from the rest of the place. It didn't feel as private as we expected, but we weren't spending much time in the apartment, so it wasn't a huge issue for us.

  : The view from the balcony was beautiful. We enjoyed the convenience of the stores down stairs and the eateries. The home was nice a cozy.
  : only one bedroom had a TV. The plumbers worked early morning to fix pipes and it did disturb our sleep. The pipes were so old and had to be maintain but the workers showed up like clock work. Also the bedroom bathroom sink would get backed up from just running water. Like sink wasn't draining properly.

  : Very walkable area, across from the beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Easy, free parking was definitely nice. Vacasa was very responsive to messages and concerns.
  : The room had a bit of a smell when we first went in, but not cigarette smoke or anything like that. I think since you are supposed to close windows and turn off the A/C when you leave, and don't have anywhere to hang wet clothes/towels outside, the stagnant moist air just leads to a bit of a smell. We opened windows and turned on the fan whenever we could to air things out, which helped a bit.

  : There was no seating area or table for eating. It wasn’t comfortable to eat on the bed for when we had takeout.
