: I appreciated the owner holding our luggage while we attended our morning event.
: We had a 5 day stay and room was cleaned once.The hotel needs attention. It looked a bit sad.

: EVERYTHING! NO SERVICES WHATSOEVER! 4 NIGHTS AND NO HOUSE KEEPING WAS PERFORMED! WOULD NOT DELIVER CKEAN TOWELS. BLOOD OR SOME OTHER FLUID FOUND UNDER BED!!!

: Nothing at all. Don't let pictures from the website make you think it looks nice and clean when is not.... is horrible
: Rooms are small, and duty, spiderwebs everywhere. The fridge and microwave were duty too. In the first room, they provided to us, the air conditioning was broken and the sheets were stained. Rooms had a not very pleasant odor.So after I saw the room I went to the office to cancel my reservation and they didn't want to cancel not even modify it to check out earlier than the original reservation. So I requested a different room and it was the same then I requested housekeeping and they did. At least one thing

: Literally everything The staff treated me like I was a inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Wouldn’t trade out my blanket even though it was dirty Bathtub wouldn’t fill up They kicked me out at 11:15 even though I paid the $25 for late checkout till noon and even called to verify twice. They charged me 3 times for a dog and added another bc when I got picked up my friend had their dog with them. They absolutely wouldn’t listen to anything I said and even threatened to call the cops instead of just listening to my issue. The room had at least two roaches crawling on the wall and the bed+pillow was barley considered clean. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY stay. Even if the room isn’t in the best area I still paid over 300$ just to be treated like dirt and they scammed me out of at least $40. I absolutely cannot believe that can get away with this. They should absolutely be ashamed.
