  : I usually try to find the best in everything, but I really couldn’t find anything good about this hotel. We were there for less than an hour and we had to leave. The young lady at the front desk was very combative and unhelpful. Wanted us to pay an extra “service fee” for housekeeping, pool, breakfast, etc even though we paid for the hotel online in advance.I noticed that the beds were smaller than a queen, even though we booked a double queen room. I was told that this was the only size they had even though I explained that the last hotel we stayed at with queen beds were a lot bigger.She wasn’t originally going to charge us a deposit until we asked for extra pool towels for the kids and all of the sudden she wanted us to pay a deposit. I was never told how much but that they preferred cash. I insisted on paying via card. She had to call the manager to see if I could.After looking in the room, we notice A LOT of things broken or dirty. Moldy and stained sheets, mold on the bed frame and in the fridge. I included pictures of everything. It was room 212 btw.When I went down to ask to check out and get a refund, I was originally told that I couldn’t because we had unmade the beds and they couldn’t sell the room again tonight. After going back and forth, the young lady at the front desk made me a deal that if I saw another room and if I still did not want to stay, she would give me a full refund. I went up to the room and IT WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED BY ANOTHER GUEST!!She then said I could get half of my money back, then all but $20. Then an older lady came in (I assume one of the owners) and she was even more combative than the first.After almost an hour, and the older lady looking at the room, we finally got a full refund.I asked for a receipt. After leaving, we noticed that she gave us a receipt for a completely different guest.Do not stay at this hotel. Their policies are sketchy, rooms are disgusting, and the staff is combative and NOT helpful. I have

  : Room was clean, staff was friendly and no problem with noise or neighbors.
  : Toilet got stopped up, staff told me to get a plunger instead of fixing it himself.

  : They upgraded the property from the last time I was there but things are definitely different.

  : Our hotel room is very clean was very surprised the ground staff was very good to us
  : The lady that worked in the office at the counter was extremely rude when I went in to ask her for a breakdown on paper that I needed it she would not give it to me I told her I was handicapped and that I would like to have paper for record and she never gave it to me she said she would never did and she was very rude so that's the things you get for being a handicap

  : This was close to our location & in a good location. Always clean and easy to get to.
  : This was our third and final visit to this location. They called Tuesday to confirm our booking because they overbooked. We booked our reservation in April I told them we would be there & want the ground floor we booked. The last time we were there two weeks ago they attempted to put us on the second floor with a ground floor booking. I spoke with them told them I would be there. Reminded them we wanted the ground floor that we booked they told me they could no longer guarantee a ground floor. I told them I wanted what I booked & I didn't want the same issues as last time. They threatened to cancel my reservation because they didn't want a bad review. On the way there less then an hour before check-in they called again wanting to know if we were showing up. I reminded them that I told them Tuesday I would be there by 3pm check-in time. Then they hung up on me. After all of this my husband and I will not return to this hotel.

  : I was charged 50.00 dollars more than the booking statement. I am going to talk first with Booking. Then my credit card company.

  : The room smelled musty and like there had been a smoker in the room, our ac leaked into the carpet that was wet. I told mgr on duty and he didn’t do anything. AC was terrible. Towels were small for bath and old.
