  : Quiet, isolated. The owner was super helpful and gracious while assisting us to get the lock box open.
  : Key lock was hard to get into. Not a huge issue but your title says dock on Agency Lake which implies it is on the lake. Im sureit should read deck not dock, it is quite a ways from lake.

  : It was a very sketchy neighborhood. First we could not get in with the code that was given us and had to call the host.. It was advertised as being on the lake and it was almost a mile away. It looked clean at first, but then we found that the linens for the beds had not been washed from the last renters and there were no other sets of linens to replace them. The garbage had been taken out, but we had to search for bags to put in the can. When you used a washcloth it had a really musty smell to it and I had to pull out and use my inhaler, which I only need when my allergies are really bad. I didn't need to use it again after we left the place. We left a day early because the place was giving us the creeps. Also it was almost impossible to find the most common of kitchen items to use and the furniture was probably the reason I needed my inhaler. Worst place I've stayed since using vacation rentals.

  : Location was good, house for comfortable, Utensils were clean. All appliances worked.
  : A dead mouse in the dining room attached to the trap greeted us as we entered. Bath towels were stained in the master bedroom and we did not use them and luckily we brought few emergency towels with us. Beds sag quite a bit I would recommend the mattresses be replaced.

  : Living room was comfortable, kitchen set up was great, happy with three bedrooms, and with the two accessory bedrooms that had two beds each made it great with our kids. The location was very private, you could hardly see/hear the neighbors. Very close to Agency Lake, and close to Woods Wetland Park.
  : In these modern times, a rental house needs wifi. Its "so close." With direct TV already set up, all it needs is a cable to the Bluray player and a wifi password. Then it would be ready to go.The only other thing it needs is bedside tables on either side of the main bed.
