  : The only saving grace to this property was that the receptionist at the front desk was kind and tried her best to accommodate us.
  : DO NOT STAY HERE! The only saving grace to this absolutely deplorable stay was the very kind woman working the front desk (which was behind a glass partition like at a bank counter but with a suffocating smell of cigarette smoke - should have been the first warning sign in hindsight). She was kind and tried to be as accommodating as she could despite the circumstances. As I was waiting for everything to be processed, I remained optimistic because of the “exceptional” reviews on Booking.com. I continued to have hope that the room would be a comfortable stay after a long day of driving, but once we walked over and upstairs with our bags to the far corner room, we saw through the window that the tv was on and the blankets and sheets were rolled up in the middle of the bed. We walked back down to the office on the other side of the building and the receptionist was very apologetic and quickly worked to find us a new room. As some kind of consolation, she gave us the “jacuzzi room” at no extra cost although she told us it is normally $100 - have no idea who would pay that much money for that cesspool. Once we got the room and opened the door, I hesitated to even enter once I saw what was ahead of us. Our eyes were immediately drawn to the eyesore of the jacuzzi in the far corner of the room. Even though you couldn’t have paid us to use the jacuzzi, we turned it on for kicks to see but quickly realized there wasn’t even a way to plug the drain (which had a piece of who knows what in it) or turn on the jets as the construction/assembly seemed to be incomplete on the tub. The comforter on the bed was extremely cheap and covered with cigarette burns and tears. The white sheets and pillowcases were covered in stains of all colors. The pillowcases had stains which looked like dried blood. The sheet also had a dead flea, what I hope was a dog hair, and various bits of dried leaves, wood, and other particles.

  : I didn't like anything about the place.
  : Dirty, lobby stink, front desk staff looked as if they were under the influence. Rooms didn't have sheets on bed. Only a blanket was on the bed with 5 pillows with only 2 having a pillowcase.

  : Friendly and helpful desk clerk. In-room coffee. Convenient location. Fluffy towels.
  : Shower drain was stopped up but I told the desk clerk and she is having it taken care of.

  : Not as clean as expected. There was a greasy paper in the microwave in one room, and the microwave in the other room had not been cleaned.
