  : The night attendant was very nice.
  : I understand there were renovations however the sheets on one of the beds were not clean and had a clump of dirt on the fitted sheet. The shower curtain was stained. There was paint on the shower floor and the room smelled like paint. Very disappointed in the room.

  : We were very disappointed.
  : Instead of telling guests when they checked in that there would be no breakfast, they could have offered to go breakfast bags with fresh fruit, yogurt, breakfast bar,etc. we were told there was juice and coffee. That was it. The towels in the room were ratty and the room smelled like fresh paint but you could see it had not been painted and it also smelled like a dog had been there. The 3 pillows on the bed were smaller than a standard size pillow.

  : the property was under construction, which we didn’t know ahead of time. the updates seemed like they were going to be much needed and a positive improvement to the space.
  : We had issues with our stay from the start. We selected “Pay at Property” though booking.com and secured our reservation with a credit card. The credit card was charged in full prior to checking in but the hotel was going to make us pay again due to a misinformed staff member. Thankfully a second staff member came to assist and saw that the room was already paid for and didn’t try to charge us a second time. Once we got the payment situated, we were given our room number. We arrived at the room and the door was open. Upon entering the room, everything seemed ok with the room (other than the overwhelming smell of chlorine/paint). However, when we went to use the bathroom, there was a used towel on the bathroom floor. We quickly exited and were given a second room on another floor. We entered the second room to find that it only had one bed instead of two like we paid for. We went back to the desk and finally received a third room which was the correct room type…and unoccupied. We had an event to go to that night and decided to get ready for the event, pack up, and make the 2.5 hour drive home after the event instead of staying at the hotel due to the many issues we had.

  : room smelled of paint and smoke,room dirty,mirrors and pictures dirty, food in refrigerator from last persons,no bulb in lights, would not refund any money, I have allergies. was told I should have stayed somewhere else by manger. no hot water in shower and drain stopped up.
  : Outside looks nice but in side is dirty everywhere. will never stay here or a Howard Johnson again.

  : Location was good. Beds comfortable if you like firm. Shower hot.
  : Unclean.Dirty. Building materials all over the foyer. One coffee cup for two people in room. Empty beer bottles in a draw in our room. One small trash can. Not value for money. We. were promised two handicapped rooms side by side with our other couple friends BUT when we got there they had one handicapped room only as all the others were being remodeled. False promises and the dirty rooms were NOT CHEAP. We are two couples traveling together and all in our 70’s. Both couples are handicapped in some way. VERY upsetting.
