  : The location is simply phantastic, -- walking / bicycling distance to almost everything in Boston and nevertheless a rather quiet street.
  : The workmanship of the sanitary installations need attention, -- but everything was fixed as I informed the host.

  : Great location, great ammenities, beautiful room, had everything I needed. Great service and appartment was impeccably clean. I liked that they did bin collection every few days.
  : The online service portal and giving them my credit card info for a security deposit was not what I am used to and comfortable with and it was very difficult for me to do with a European credit card. I had to ask a friend of mine in Europe to do it for me as the system kept asking me to confirm with my bank's card reader, which I did not have with me. Staff was not helpful and I absolutely had to arrange it, it was not possible to do it any other way. I did not like this aspect at all. This studio was expensive and a lot more than what I would spend in Europe but worth the money.

  : I was charged 80$ for cleaning for just one night and I didn't even use any of the facilities. the listing price was 180$ and I ended up paying 300$ in total which I feel is a rip off. very unsatisfied with this booking and will try my best that others don't experience this kind of shenanigans.

  : No sound proofing so you could hear the coughs, voices, and feet of other tenants. Unfortunately, a guest nearby woke me screaming at someone above her to shut up two of the mornings.

  : The location was the only positive part of this place.
  : Most things inside this place were very very cheap, just one chair by the dining table for two people, towels were extremely thin, holes in the wall in the bathroom, no closet door, towel rack falling down, no toilet roll fixture, one lamp by the bed, drawer in dresser falling apart, one coffee packet for two people for 3 nights, internet cable stuffed behind the TV, etc. Place looks nice in the listing photos but what a dump inside. Bummer it could have been charming if the company invested a few dollars and hired a handyman to fix the issues. There is no staff on this type of rental property so there isnt any customer service.
