  : These condos haven't been updated since the Carter Administration. They are clean but really obsolete and dated. We stayed in a lower level unit and heard *every* bump, step, discussion, and toilet activity all night. The check-in staff is transaction rather than service/hospitality oriented.Bottom line: It is fine for a cheap ski accommodation but if you are expecting more you'll be disappointed

  : Very spacious and comfortable. Convenient parking, comfortable beds, kitchen adequately stocked with cooking implements! We had a little trouble with driving directions from our GPS and with the check in process, but figured it out, and the staff was super nice and helpful.

  : The assist mgr finally helped
  : Not knowing where their office was it was almost impossible to find in the dark. Informed them I was coming in around 9. Finally find the box unlocked it but there was no key left for me even though they said there would be. Called the help line Finally got in after about an hour and they never cleaned the unit. Finally after 2 hours they gave me another clean unit. The General Mgr never did anything to make up for the added hassle and stress. They should be reported to local health department for this especially during this covid pandemic. The GM should be fired!! Or find another job out the hospitality sector. Units are ok but 30 years old. Lot of headaches for the amount they are charging. STAY AWAY!!

  : The open back yard area with barbecue grill was nice.
  : Oven locked so couldn’t use therefore couldn’t make the meal as planned. The maintenance man said that he knew that it was broken. So why did they rent out the unit? Found a small bug x 3 on the pull out couch and the window sill cushion area. Carpet stained and dingy. Smelled like had been smoked in. Bubbling of plaster on living room ceiling plaster, ? Water damage and one person in our party has serious mold issues and had to stay elsewhere. Very outdated and way overpriced! Other family stayed down the road in a 5 star hotel room for 524 total price for 2 nights.
