  : The grounds of the facility, the personnel working the facility and the meals that we had we’re all very good
  : The amount of noise coming from our neighbors and nothing being done about it is a pure travesty for the amount of money that we spend on this hotel

  : Kingsmill is a great resort. It has two beautiful golf courses. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I had a great sandwich and the Mill grill. The room was fine, but a bit dated. I expect I will stay there again.
  : The bathroom was ok, but the a bit old.

  : Inside pool was nice and warm, but lazy river could use more rules for kids. We did not eat the breakfast.
  : Did not like the fact we had to visit the front desk for more toilet paper. First assigned room had a strong unbearable odor. Had a family of kids over top of us that made noise until 1 to 2 am in the morning and had to get out of bed to report to the front desk so that security could help. The king size bed was too firm. Paid for a water view DELUXE room and got views of trees and was told that it’s not guaranteed.

Disappointing

  : Having my family together in one place and enjoying the pool throughout the week
  : Accommodations were unsettling as we extended our stay and around 930pm someone else had a key to our room saying they had a shared room- which we did not nor know the person. The room had a mildewish smell, one TV didn't work and everything was basically very outdated, dark and nothing made up for the cost of it. Not only did I ask for a river condo- I was put downstairs in the woods that apparently has a terrible drainage issue. The bugs, smell and environment just was terrible. I will say we had to call front desk due to the noise that happened over a course of 2 nights, which was outrageous. We have 5 kids, and that is nothing compared to whatever happened above us. Also, when we called and was told if it's a guest they can get them to quiet down-but and owner they couldn't? No that's not acceptable, spending $1000 for 3 nights in the worst accommodations is just nothing i would recommend or come back too. I am a local born and raised there for 36 years and recently moved to Ohio but came back to see my family and I did not expect anything so embarrassing The young men and women and the front desk are probably doing their best and VERY pleasant. There was an incident I witnessed with an elderly lady slamming hands on the counter, pointing fingers in her face saying that particular young woman ruined her trip. The whole thing was or should be embarrassing for everyone and there should be an intervention or a higher up who can support that kind of ignorant behavior and honestly they probably shouldn't have stayed with all the horrible things she said at check in. But I hate to see that with no support. Especially young women.
