  : Overall, the  biggest & only pros of this property are its location & their friendly housekeeping staff.
  : Room 104 is motel style, no frills but totally fine for a short trip. Room 109 was a family suite.  There were several issues with this room... 1. We saw & killed 2 roaches. 2. Water leaked through the bedroom wall around the window during a rain storm. Management said it was because a 3rd floor room has left a window open3.  No smoke detector in the room4. The room consistently smelt of marijuana.  The first time we reported it to the front desk, we were told it was the restaurant workers I the back alleyway.  The 2nd time, that included actually seeing the guest in a second room roll & light the joint, was met with a blank stare. The 3rd time we were just happy to be leaving On-site management seems unconcerned with what happens onsite. 1 - There were a number of unsupervised children in the pool and on the property.  One morning, the kids were randomly knocking on doors2. Despite a numbers of signs prohibiting radios everywhere, they were blasting from the upper floor.3. Groups were able to utilize the on-site grills & picnic tables.  It's one thing to leave a mess behind & they did. But totally another to leave plates of food for the seagulls. Not only were there a number of birds fighting over the limited food, there was also a large amount of bird poop that was mopped up by another hotel guest!

  : Great location! Was very nice to swim in the heated pool.
  : The WiFi was spotty. You couldn’t stream any videos on any devices with the WiFi connection.

  : We weren't happy with having our room on the ground floor right by the pool. Adults letting their kids be disrespectful while swimming.

  : They have a good foundation of rules but the need to be enforces. Especially in the pool area where the kids run wild without supervision and bring in items there not suppose to have.

  : The location was close to a lot & if you get there early you can park in their lot after your check in. Laundry unit available(pay per load)
  : Limited seating in the rooms and stuff couch. Bathrooms are VERY small and need updating. Only one air conditioner in the hotel room and it’s in the bedroom which makes the living room hot and uncomfortable to be in
