  : I’m from Kansas City the review preview say’s Hong Kong! LOL. We booked a Hampton Inn at Westport off of 53 Old Bedford Rd and found that the hotel wasn’t even close to the celebration we were in town to visit. When we arrived we weren’t even in the system and the one booked was an hour and 20 minutes form our families home.
  : We would have liked if the person helping us on the phone would have gotten the hotel right so we weren’t left without a place to stay that wasn’t an hour and a half away from our destination. When we spoke with customer service the were not helpful at all and put the problem on us. This is not good business. We understand the policies and procedures but this was and error on the booking staff and not a customer issue. Please help make this right. I was a big inconvenience but we did make the most of it.

  : Didn’t stay for breakfast.
  : We were late arrival and found out we could of lost a room we had already paid for if we arrived after midnight due to an audit done at midnight. We arrived in time to avoid that. In addition could not get ice without a priority code.
