  : Great location, close to Metro stop. Good size room and comfy bed. Breakfast had nice variety.
  : The staff was disappointing. We asked for three days for one extra pillow and our room to be cleaned. We were always told someone would be right up but no one ever came.

  : Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the variety of food options, area was close to tourist attractions, pool was nice, valet attendants were polite.
  : No visible mention of lack of parking during booking, pressured to use valet service, double charged for the valet service when only 1 car was used, had to get that corrected , the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and were darkly lit. One of the rooms had a smell of mildew. When we asked for extra linens we were told they would be brought up by housekeeping but nothing ever came, had to go back down to front desk and was only given 1 blanket. We weren't made aware that the room we had would be directly above the pool and that pool goers could see completely into one of our rooms, total lack of privacy. Housekeeping did not restock toilet paper after they came in to clean. A few of the front desk attendants were dismissive and a bit rude. Half of them were polite and helpful.
