  : I didn’t even get to stay there ! I got there and waited 20 minutes at the front ! After finally getting talked to i got a room but someone was already in the room ! Waited at the front another 30 minutes before even getting spoken to . The gate was down but it was nowhere near 10 ! Then i asked for a refund , took her 15 minutes to find a manager for approval which stayed on sight ! She never even bothered to come down to speak to me ! I was told my the worker it’ll take 3-5 days and I could leave now .

  : The staff at the desk for morning and night shift is VERY RUDE . You can get the manager to answer emails or get her on the phone the front desk says they will give her a message and no one ever calls back the place did not have a room ready when we arrived they also did not know how many rooms if any they had available. I have health conditions and and they was with out electricity we got to stay their for a whole 30 mins. And now they refuse to talk to us or even talk about getting money back. Poor service and I just would not tell anyone to go their to the Waco location.
