  : The house keeping were very kind. The iron in my room didn't work and they kindly and quickly solved the problem for me. thank you very much.
  : I thought I have my breakfast included but for my surprise when I went down with my daughters they told me that my room didn't have the code to let me have a breakfast, that was really disappointment because that was one of the reason I selected this hotel. Since we are members and every time we stayed at one of your hotels we always have a breakfast included but the lady at the lobby told me that since this hotel has an agreement with the convection center Infront the hotel can give breakfast to everybody because it will be a lot of free breakfast the hotel has to give away, I didn't like her response because I don't need to know the agreement that you have with different companies that involve this kind of decision so I needed to find a place to have breakfast with my daughters because we have an appointment at Baylor University.( that touring takes more that 2 hours). Everything else was good
