: The location was good.
: The hotel was overbooked, and we were forced to wait 4 hours to get a room ready, we had a reservation in advance, but I guess that means nothing at this place. We had many issues with clean, and some things were broken when we arrived in the room, the bed was not even put together when we went to the room after the manager said it would be. Then it took them 2 hours to come up and get the room ready because they said they were busy. There was alot of miss communication. The people at the desk would say one thing, but it would not be done, or even get done. They told me they would refund the cost of the stay because of all the issues we had, then 4 days into the stay they changed their mind saying we are only getting a 2 day refund. The door leading to the balcony was broken our whole stay. We had to prop something in the door so we didn't get locked out. One of us actually got locked out once, but good thing she had her phone to call me. This could be a major fire hazard.

: Excellent location, right on the beach. Pool , sauna and hot tub were great.
: Floor was dirty, housekeeping did not mop before I arrived. Dishes needed to be cleaned before use.
