WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Please inform Villa Happy Gator in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
Please note a rental agreement must be signed and returned to the property within 5 days after booking is made. A copy of a valid picture ID should also be included.

Please note that guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in without a parent or official guardian.

Student groups are prohibited.

Please note that power is provided for up to 35 USD per week. Additional usage will be deducted from the security deposit.

Please note that the AC should be kept between 70 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.
