  : Love the bathrobes and water provided in the room. I enjoyed the breakfast and thought $ was reasonable. Clean property. Great location to the village!
  : Upon arrival, I thought the staff was somewhat unenthusiastic and a bit unwelcoming. The outlets in the bathroom did not work, but were fixed. It would be great if there was a little area for natural snack purchases.

  : Paid extra for the room with the mountain view and fireplace. On a very cool rainy afternoon we returned to the room to find the fireplace didn't work. Very nice young man came up and replaced the ignitor batteries but that didn't help, and we were informed that there was no maintenance person available. No offer for any type of credit even after sending a note. Disappointing. Breakfast next morning was just okay and not worth the price. We called down to get a bell cart for luggage and were told it would be 10 minutes but 30 minutes later no one had come. There was a knock on the door, and it was the cleaning person, we told her we were waiting. Minutes later the phone rang a very curt lady wanted to know why we were not out of the room! Seriously? I went downstairs to see what the issue was only to find my vehicle had been brought around and was sitting there running for who knows how long. Told the desk clerk the issue and luckily a very nice fellow overheard and grabbed a cart to go to the room. The nonchalance of the clerk on duty was obvious. While waiting I asked to have him check us out so we could go once the luggage arrived and he said he could not do it until everything was removed from the room. Curt responses seem to be the standard practice among all but a few of the staff. Was glad when we were loaded, granted the right to check out and left. This beautiful spot has tremendous potential but is woefully mismanaged with terrible communication among staff members. They seem to have also forgotten what the mission of any hotel should be.
