  : Hotel was very dirty and noisy. I’ve asked for a refund actually as the room was filthy and I couldn’t sleep as the people in hotel were not considerate of anyone. I called lobby at 12:30 AM to report noise but nothing was done. Could not sleep and didn’t feel safe. Hoping I get my money back. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Not the staffs fault for the poor facility or rude guests.

  : Room was dirty, had to call front desk for someone to come clean the bathroom. Towels were dirty, toilet paper had fecal stains, sink was full of dirt.Changes bed myself as there were hairs all over it. Pretty gross experience.

  : The location was fine. It was exactly where I needed it to be. The person working at the front desk was also quite helpful.
  : The hotel was fully booked except for the room I had. It was a room with two queen beds. When I entered, it looked as if one of the beds was rumpled, as if had already been slept in; the other did not look rumpled. When I entered the bathroom, there was a used towel on the sink that had been used to remove make-up. I don't wear make-up. I also found a plastic bag that contained a pair of used underwear that also did not belong to me. Someone had opened the soap and had used another towel. The placemat had also been used. Someone had used one of the paper cups that had been part of a pair of cups that had been left in the bathroom. then the TV didn't work. I called the front desk. The person who was working had to come up to my room to see what was wrong. The TV had been disconnected from the cable box (oh, so THAT's why it wouldn't work?). He had to re-connect the cable box and re-run the testing on the TV. I took one of the remaining towels and put it on the pillows on the non-rumpled bed. I did not sleep under the covers of that bed. I slept on top of the covers, using my jacket from my car for a blanket. I got practically no sleep at all. I used bottled water from my car to brush my teeth. I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower in that bathroom, so I left without using the shower. I didn't dare go down to get breakfast. I was way too concerned about the last of cleanliness in this place. I feel as if I should get my money back. It was that bad. I have never experienced anything like this in my life, and I'm 75 years old and a frequent traveler.

  : The worst hotel I ever stayed at. It should be condemned. Missing smoke detectors. Smelly room and dirty rugs. I found used gum on my bed post. Numerous guests felt the same way. Horrible experience.

  : Can be difficult to exit the property because of traffic.

  : Didn’t have breakfast because there was only decafs coffee when we got coffee
  : To make sure they had regular coffee in the rooms when they knew they were having guests. We had to ask for a chair and a remote for our room. I’ve stayed there before and never had this problem
