  : The room as are wonderful and the location is fantastic. Kitchen is perfect for family.
  : Hair dryer in hallway bathroom isn't working. And power outage went out for a few hours, but that probably was the weather.

  : Great location. Comfortable apartments, well aquipt with everything you need for a family stay. Quite. Great pool, with a very nice and helpful pool guy. Great location. Good wifi.
  : In my view, poor to none existing service. Closed the office due to Covid-19 although other places we've been to kept some office hours. Hard to reach on the phone. We were there 5 nights and had to switch apartmentments after 3. I asked for a place to store 2 suitcases between check out and check in times and they flat out refused. This means I had to install the car roof carrier and load the luggage only to unload a few hours later. I wort them an email asking to reconsider and they didn't even answer. To get perspective, I had to switch apartmentments in a different place as well and they moved our stuff for us. The listing of both apartments showed an outdoor bbq, but only one actually had a bbq.

  : Property was clean. I appreciated text confirmations and text message communication. It’s not like a hotel, it’s run more like an Airbnb. We appreciated the plenty towels, included shampoo conditioner and soap. They also had one packet for laundry detergent. Had a full kitchen but didn’t have basic supplies like cooking oil or coffee filters, small things I don’t mind paying more in the price of the rental so that they’re included. The furniture is dated but gives it a rustic look that we appreciated. There’s nice artwork on the wall.
  : I didn’t like how the pictures were not what we got. It seems they have multiple properties they rent out and the photos were of another apartment. It ended up being fine but when you walk into a place you didn’t think you booked, you get a little surprised. There were children upstairs running around and it was very, very loud, and on the weekend, some neighbor was smoking pot. The WiFi wasn’t very good and didn’t extend to either bedroom so we had to use LTE while in the bedrooms. There is no thermostat so there is no temperature control. It was somewhat hot during the day and cold at night and we couldn’t find additional blankets to the thin sheets provided. I like using the washer in unit, so I’m okay if you charge me extra for having extra cleaning pods available to me, rather than just one pod.
