  : To pay over $300 for 1 night and coming in to what we did makes me very upset, it was a complete waste to know that I spent that type of money for having to work on the tv to get it to work. The bed felt like it was going to cave in. The blinds barely hanging up and pieces of them broken off.

  : Did not expect it to be a duplex with one unit on top of other. If other tenants had been there, it would have been noisy. Also, "fees" were more than the rental.

Broken shower door that almost fell on daughter, exposed electrical wiring, missing smoke detector, huge gap at bottom of door which let in cold air, huge sink hole in middle of mattress, closet full of junk, closet door broken off, used toilets that had been replaced sitting outside the window...

  : The listing stated a wrap around deck but there wasn’t one. It also stated Heating and Cooling but there was no “cooling”. No fans, no air conditioning. Thankfully it cooled down overnight and we opened a window or we wouldn’t have stayed. It smelled musty and not pleasant at all. Pretty disappointed in the total cost considering all this.

  : The location was a plus. It was nice being that close to the ski lodge and being able to see the slopes from the house.
  : There were several things we didn’t like about this home. First, the description of the house as it is advertised is not clear. There was no indication that the home was a duplex. We were on the bottom floor and that is not somewhere you want to stay if someone is occupying the top unit. The party staying upstairs were up very late, beyond midnight and then later during the night. You could hear any noise as light as walking and all noise beyond that. You could hear water running, people talking, etc... The walls and barriers between the upstairs and downstairs is not insulated enough to house two separate parties comfortably. Our biggest concern and discomfort was the heating unit in this home. This home is outfitted with very outdated heating that most people wouldn’t know the caution to use with this type of heating system. It is units that line the baseboards in the rooms. They become very hot and if anything is placed close to it, it would be a fire hazard. We had a duffle bag on the floor close to the unit and when entering the room, we could smell somewhat of a burnt smell. It was very unsettling. Another unit in the living room was the same way as a sofa was backed up against the unit. It is something that I feel would even be questionable as passing code this day in time. The unit itself is outdated and couldn’t definitely use some updating. There was a section of metal molding that lines the carpet going from the living room into the kitchen that was broken. There was a sharp edge that would catch your socks and I imagine could scratch the skin if walking barefooted. The other issue is parking. We had a party of six for our stay. We drove in two separate cars because we couldnt comfortably travel with six adults and luggage in one vehicle. We were prepared to park one of the vehicles away from the house. Not everyone complies with this policy as we had difficulty with finding parking for just one of our cars at the home.

  : The unit was dirty and needs updating. There were roaches in the kitchen. We stayed one night and left, which meant we lost our 2nd nights rental rate.
