: The room was clean and spacious, the hotel overall looked well kept and clean.
: The staff needs better training.Two disappointing points to mention:I am a choice rewards member & regularly stay at choice hotels.1: There was still 30 minutes before the breakfast time was up but they stopped filling in breads, coffee & some other items. When I arrived at 8:35 there were no breads. 2. The green/blue colored hair lady at the front desk wouldn’t break a smile no matter what. I asked her to extend my checkout by 30 minutes due to a virtual meeting I had to attend that I cannot interrupt. She was so extremely hesitant & that too on a slow Tuesday. She was told me that she can’t do it as the room is scheduled to be cleaned at 12 pm. But I was only asking to stay until 11:30, and would most likely checkout earlier.I did let my disappointment be known to her but still no expression or explanation. I have only asked for this type of request a couple of times before & never have I experienced so much hesitation.I have observed that in the recent years, getting good customer service at most places in the USA is becoming a rare phenomenon.
