  : Location and parking was ok
  : Half the breakfast items were gone each morning quickly and the "store" items also. trash was overflowing in cans and trash in elevator. We to families living there and kids roaming unsupervised, running everywhere loud and cursing. We understand these people were displaced so we were tolerant but it wasn't a good experience.

  : Room was good and the property was generally clean.
  : 1. It took 3 attempts to get a key card that opened the door to the allocated room. Good job room was the nearest one to reception!2. WiFi worked at reception, but not in the room!3. Shower didn’t work. I approached reception for a fix; receptionist was dialling a number to call someone and she gave me the “wait” hand sign! I walked off and started breakfast. She then sought me out. I told her the problem and she expected a fix to be expedited. Returned to room and tried shower: still not functioning. I returned to reception and asked about the fix. It was stated that it had been forgotten about but that she would now send someone. They came and were “befuddled” too. But after trying everything to fix it it was discovered that there was a slider switch on the shower head that was in the closed position - you live and learn. 4. Breakfast was a “thing of beauty”:a. No bowls for cereal. b. No spreadable butter for toast although I was offered the use of the waffle maker spray to put on my toast!!c. No creamer for the coffee. When I asked about it, I was directed to the coffee flasks at reception where I did indeed find creamer. But……5. Extortionate rate at $179 per night - were BW exploiting the “Crowdstrike” update issue?6. Clientele looked and sounded like they were long term residents living their normal life at this hotel! Almost feral kids running around at gone 10pm! And they knew the staff’s first names!! Not what I expected at the rate charged.
