: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!In the room next to me the guy and girl who had "long stay" were playing PSP with loud volume with at 2:00 in the middle of the night. When we call the reception to ask them nicely to call the guest in the other room and be quiet as is the midlle of the night, they told us that there is nothing they can do and if we don't like it like that we can move in another room or leave the hotel. That phone call was done at 12:00 by my roommate, at 1:40 I called again but they had the same attitude.The lady from the desk act like she was quitting the job the next day and was very upset that I come down from 4th floor at 1:40 to interrupt her cigaret break. The 400 pound security guy who was on watch that night was repeating :" We are not like other hotels, you have to understand, we are not like all the other hotels."No, you are not! You don't care about your customers!Another thing the security guy told me is that he can't ask the dumb PSP guy to turn down the volume because that guy is a "long stay customer" and not a piece of garbage like me who will stay there for one night.
