  : Dirty,unfinished room,construction dust in the balcony, 10 digits code to get in your room no easy to use it,carpet unfinished,nails facing out of the carpet,noisy roof, old building, impossible to sleep because the ppl above the room,makes the entire room shakeRenting permit expired over a year ago!No balcony, due the construction, no grill,refrigerator small and not working, dirty bathroom closet with construction and chemicals materials in it.No working sauna,absolutely horrible place,FALSE ADVERTISING!!! photos are fake!!!

  : It was still available for booking just a couple of weeks before the stay. I didn’t take this as enough of a warning that the place was terrible.
  : Booking.com listed the rate for 3 nights at $870. After all of the fees were added the total price was $1396.30. Here are the fees:– Rent: 737.22 USD– • 2022-12-29: 205.08 USD– • 2022-12-30: 218.07 USD– • 2022-12-31: 314.07 USD– Fees: 501.39 USD– • CleaningFee: 125.00 USD– • Booking Fee: 134.06 USD– • Limited Damage Waiver: 60.00 USD– • Channel Commission Fee: 182.33 USD– Taxes: 157.69 USD– • City - South Lake Tahoe: 157.69 USD– Total: 1,396.30 USDI thought Booking.com didn’t charge booking fees! The limited damage waiver is basically obligatory insurance: it is not refunded if there is no damage. Channel commission fee? Is this booking.com taking more money? or Vacasa padding their net income?The apartment was not clean, with good residue covering the stove, chipped glasses in the cupboard, dirty utensils. Vacasa refunded our $125 cleaning fee after we sent pictures of the dirt to them. The condo building is ok but appears dilapidated with much of its siding missing and insulation and tyvek showing on the exterior. The bottoms of the complex’s hot tubs were stained and dirty. When we asked about the slow Wi-Fi at the front desk, the staff said they were not responsible for our particular apartment because it is rented out by Vacasa. They also said the Wi-Fi was slow because so many people were in South Lake Tahoe over the New Year’s weekend and all internet was slow because of this. However, the employee Wi-Fi worked perfectly fast in the lobby of the complex (I was an employee of Heavenly at the time and the complex is managed Heavenly so I could log into it).

  : I didn’t like that the blankets they were very used and it smelled bad.

  : The sofa bed was horrible it was all lumpy and uncomfortable, the bedroom bed was so hard felt almost like sleeping on the floor we could not sleep comfortably at all. For the prices you charge I would think you can at least afford a good bed.

  : it was very clean, also the location was perfect only 4 mins walking to the lake and it was on Lake Tahoe Blvd where all the shops and restaurants.
  : barbecue is only in the Summer
