  : The room should not have been rented out especially at $345 per night! There were stains on the mattress, holes in the walls, tv not working, bathroom fan broken, shower leaks on the floor and toilet seat paint all chipped off plus loose. I wrote a letter w/ phots to the mngmt but still haven’t received any kinda of response.

  : Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was very clean. I would also add, for the money, these accommodations were better than others in a similar price range. Most people don't go to Lake Tahoe to hang around in their hotel room. This is perfect for having a clean, safe place to rest at the end of a busy day. Pet friendly is an added bonus.
  : It was unusually hot during my stay and the AC was only moderately useful. The bed wasn't awful but could have been more comfortable.

  : The location was perfect. One of the best things about this accommodation. Unfortunately we didn't enjoy it very much, because we stayed only one night and very early in the morning we had to leave for another part of our trip. Very comfortable was parking just in front of the room, very useful was the space between the room and the bathroom, where we could comfortably store our luggage, very nice was having a fridge and the breakfast was a pleasant bonus, even if it wasn't anything special. In comparison of price vs. quality it was a very good accommodation.
  : The bathroom materials are getting old, but nothing severe. Important is, that the bathroom was clean.

  : The shower stall was pulling away from the wall. the shower leaked so bad the bathroom floor would flood and run into the carpet. the AC couldn't cool the room.
