  : It was tired and rundown. It has suffered water damage from the hurricane but you could see it was in dire need of some investment to improve the rooms

  : The hotel didnt tell us that the road (Hiway 190) leading to it was closed. Therefore we couldnt get to the hotel. Despite this, they would not issue us a refund, which is poor customer service.
  : See above. The hotel staff could and should have told us that the road leading to the hotel was closed, or at least made an exception and given us a refund

Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : --To be honest just the fact that I am staying in a heritage building and supporting the building from collapsing.
  : --First room AC did not work at 55 degree Celsius, Not sure why this room was even allocated. --Room was changed however at the second room the AC faintly worked however was noisy as hell. --Lots of insects everywhere and inside the room. --The water used to make ice in the ice machine is not good, avoid mixing it directly to water. --The common room ACs did not work and was hot as hell. --Overall not sure if guest money is used in any way to restore the building and invest in updating the baring necessary AC, at the least, or just using the public sentiment and earning money and let the building collapse at some point.
